Registration

The forms needed to register a student at Christ Church School can be downloaded from the links below.

Christ Church School Application Form 2012-13

Priority Registration for returning students ends on February 17, 2012.  Classes will be filled on a first-come, first served basis in accordance with our Registration Priority policy.  Your student's name will be added to the class Wait List if your preferred class choice is not available at the time of application.  You will be notified immediately when an opening occurs that affects your Wait List status.

Application Fee:  An Application Fee of $150 is due at the time of application.  The Application Fee is non-refundable and non-transferrable.

Tuition Deposit:  Upon placement in a class, a Tuition Deposit of 10% of the annual Tuition is due.  The Tuition Deposit is non-refundable and non-transferrable.  Your student's class placement is secured once the Tuition Deposit has been received and processed.

Once an applicant has been offered a position and the position has been secured with a Tuition Deposit, the following forms are due to the School Office:

Dress Code Information

Christ Church School desires to instill a sense of pride and community for our students.  For this reason, a simple uniform with the school’s logo has been chosen for all students.  Information about the uniform is available in the school office.  Uniform orders are submitted by parents directly to Lands' End.
